解決辦法，依舊是 將Beta:UTF8選項(xiàng)關(guān)閉

今天在測(cè)試環(huán)境對(duì)SQL��Server��2016安裝SP3補(bǔ)丁的時(shí)候報(bào)錯(cuò)，然后再啟動(dòng)數(shù)據(jù)庫服務(wù)的時(shí)候報(bào)下面的錯(cuò)誤，重啟服務(wù)器錯(cuò)誤仍舊存在
